Dr Pacilli consults in Brighton, Clayton and Glen Iris.

Please contact the consulting rooms directly to arrange an appointment, details below. In the event that an appointment is not available soon enough at your chosen location, the friendly staff will redirect you and help you to arrange an appointment at one of the other locations.

Appointments

What do I need to know about my child’s appointment?

GP/ specialist referral is required; a referral from a GP remains current for 12 months. However, a referral from a specialist will only last for 3 months;
Please bring any relevant imaging or results;
Please bring your Medicare card and Private health fund card;
Your child’s personal toys are welcomed;
Payment is required at the time of the consultation. Dr Pacilli’s consulting rooms accept Visa, MasterCard, Eftpos, cash or cheque. The consulting rooms do not accept American Express or Diners;
Payment for the consultation fee: consultations fees will be explained to you at the time of booking. A Medicare rebate will be processed at the time of submitting the payment.

Whilst Dr Pacilli makes every effort to run on time, delays during consultations can occur. This may involve extra waiting time during your child’s appointment. Dr Pacilli apologizes in advance if you are kept waiting.

Cancellations

Please contact the consulting rooms directly during business hours, or leave a voice message out of hours, if you wish to reschedule or cancel your child’s appointment. Dr Pacilli would appreciate it if you could provide at least 2 days notice for a cancellation, so that your child’s appointment time can be allocated to another patient.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in the payment of the full amount for your child’s consultation, unless in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

If you decide not to go ahead with a surgical procedure that has been booked, please contact Dr Pacilli as soon as possible, so that the slot can be allocated to another child.

Emergencies

Dr Pacilli does not offer emergency services in the consulting rooms.

If you have an emergency, please call 000 or present to the Emergency Department at your nearest hospital or Monash Children’s Hospital in Clayton, where you will be seen by the Emergency Doctors and, if necessary by the on call Paediatric Surgical Registrar.
